Christian DiCroce

Managing Partner

Christian DiCroce is Co-founder and Managing Partner at ANCE Capital Group. Christian is responsible for sourcing new investments, negotiations, daily asset management, and property re-developments of ACG’s portfolio. Since Inception, Christian has led the charge in strategically scaling the company portfolio. He is also responsible for sourcing debt and equity from the private capital markets which comes from an established relationship portfolio of private capital, CMBS, and multi-regional/national banks. Prior to Co-founding ANCE Capital Group, Christian has been involved in the management of a wide array of property portfolios located in New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey valued over $1BN.

Christian studied Finance at Baruch College – Zicklin School of Business. He currently resides in Manhattan and enjoys running and traveling in his free time.

Ryan Cohen

Managing Partner

Ryan Cohen is Co-founder and Managing Partner at ANCE Capital Group. Ryan is responsible for sourcing new investments, underwriting new acquisitions, and responsible for structuring ACG’s assets within the portfolio. Ryan is also responsible for overseeing investor relations and strategic development and re-positioning. Prior to Co-founding ANCE Capital Group, Ryan worked at a large development firm since 2013, working most notably assisting with the redevelopment of multiple existing manufacturing buildings and re-positioning them into state-of-the-art self-storage facilities worth in excess of $300M. Ryan also currently assists his family’s real estate office where he helps drive development of current projects, and works on acquisitions of new development sites.

Ryan graduated from Long Island University in Brookville, New York. He currently resides in Syracuse with his Fiancé and enjoys biking and skiing in his free time.
